COURSE OVERVIEW
Lock Out / Tag Out is an online course for water plant operators. The objectives of the course are as follows: to define lock out / tag out, to describe the purpose of a lock out / tag out device, to describe requirements that make devices capable of lock out, to identify instances when the lock out / tag out standard applies, to identify requirements for lock out / tag out devices, to list the sequence of steps for a typical minimal lock out procedure, to list the sequence of steps for restoring equipment to service after lock out.
